Bend side tabs outward and fit to lock against neighboring wall blocks. Optional: Run a bead of adhesive across the holes on the top and bottom flange. Place drain into wall geometry same as an actual block on first course at ground level. Place drainpipe or aggregate against back of drain, filling all voids. Not to be used with roof drains as solids may cause clogging.
